If the postal service confirms they do not have your order, please contact us immediately so we can verify the issue with our suppliers.

Once a logistics issue is confirmed, Luxora will provide a full refund after verification.

Your tracking code will be sent by email within 5 to 10 business days after payment confirmation.
If your order was paid via bank slip (boleto), please note that payment confirmation may take up to 5 business days.
